Note di degustazione
Notes of plums, sweet berries, raw cocoa and cinnamon introduce the 2019 Morey-Saint-Denis Trilogie, a medium to full-bodied, lively and concentrated wine that's deep and sapid, with the most structure and potential for aging of any of Lignier's communal bottlings this year. It's the usual trio of lieux-dits: Chenevery, Porroux and Clos Solon.

The 2019 Morey-Saint-Denis "Trilogie" comes from three lieux-dits: Chenevery (50%), Clos Salon (15%) and Les Porroux (35%). It has a crisp, quite airy, open bouquet with vibrant black cherry and briary aromas, fine definition with a touch of graphite in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit. The one-third whole bunches is nicely integrated and lending black pepper notes on the lively finish. Recommended.
