1999 La Tour Blanche

Reticent but vibrant aromas of marmalade, grapefruit and honey. Densely packed and fairly unctuous, but also youthfully unevolved, oaky and impressively structured. Really stuffed with fresh fruit and honey flavors but currently tight, even a bit musclebound, on the end and not yet particularly long. But this intensely flavored wine has excellent potential.
