The 2017 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Bousselots is showing well, wafting from the glass with aromas of wild berries, smoked meats and loamy soil, followed by a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and open-knit palate that's charming and inviting.

In tank and will be bottled in March. Much fresher than the village Nuits-St-Georges. Lively, juicy and smooth tannins make it already approachable. A touch of oak sweetness on the finish. (JH)
