Note di degustazione
Brilliant red. A highly perfumed, nuanced bouquet evokes ripe, mineral-tinged red fruit, mocha, candied flowers and incense. Silky and seamless on the palate, showing impressive density as well as energy to the sweet raspberry, cherry and spicecake flavors. The floral notes comes back strong on an impressively persistent, gently tannic finish that leaves suave Asian spice and red fruit preserve notes behind.

A pinot noir with aromas of blueberries, crushed stones and violet. Some all spice too. Medium to full body, firm tannins and a fresh and clear finish. Slightly fluid mid-palate now. Needs a year or two to come together.
Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2015 Pinot Noir Bishop Creek Vineyard offers subtle notions of kirsch, dried cranberries and red plums with hints of Mediterranean herbs and forest floor. Light to medium-bodied, firm and refreshing in the mouth, it has a chewy backbone of tannins supporting the delicate earth and berry flavors, finishing with an herbal lift.
