From vines in the communes of Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée, Cheurlin's 2018 Bourgogne Rouge exhibits aromas of raspberries, cherries and loamy soil, framed by a deft touch of new oak. Medium-bodied, lively and youthfully tightly wound, like its sibling from the Hautes-Côtes, this will reward a bit of bottle age.

Domaine Georges Noëllat, based in the village of Vosne-Romanée is today run by Maxime Cheurlin. Cheurlin took over the domaine in 2010 – aged just 20 – and has since transformed its reputation as one of the finest Burgundy wine producers.
