Note di degustazione
Bright, dark red. High-pitched aromas of red cherry, raspberry and licorice; already very expressive on the nose. Sappy, spicy and light on its feet, showing lovely finesse and stony energy to the juicy flavors of raspberry and minerals. Noble, classic wine; not too rigorous in the early going but shows very good structure and lift. The tannins are dusty and firm. One could enjoy this wine now with a piece of beef.

Healthy deep red. Riper and sweeter on the nose than the Craipillot but with terrific spicy lift to the aromas of red berries, blood orange and smoky minerality. Creamy on entry, then quite closed and backward in the middle palate, showing serious energy but limited early pliancy to the raspberry and mineral flavors. Finishes with firm tannic spine and excellent length.
