Note di degustazione
The 2017 Pouilly-Fuissé derives from multiple parcels in Soultré and which now sees the same élevage as the domaine's wines from Puligny. It's showing well, exhibiting aromas of ripe lemons, beeswax, dried white flowers and blanched almonds, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny-textured palate with more flesh, concentration and length than any of the Mâcon-Verzé bottlings.

3 ha (7 acres) from Solutré, scattered parcels around the hill. From tank but not filtered and will be bottled March. All aged in fûts with 15–20% new. Treated like a premier cru. A touch of creamy spice on the nose. Lovely balance between fruit and oak, creamy lees texture. Tight and moreish and intense with green fruit purity and a richness shown in the texture. (JH)
