Note di degustazione
The 2021 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru now comes from a small 0.2-hectare parcel of vines under 25-years old, tucked just below the Musigny Blanc. So there are now just two barrels. It has a beautifully-defined bouquet, much more complex in fact, than the Les Amoureuses with vivid blackberry, raspberry and mineral scents. The palate is very well balanced with saturated tannins, slightly granular in texture with real depth and grip towards the elegant finish. Stylish.

Derived from a parcel of Musigny planted in 2007 and still declassified for the time being, the 2021 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru exhibits aromas of red berries, plums, orange rind, rose petals and spices. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and fleshy, with a cool core of fruit, sweet tannins and a long, mouthwatering finish, it's a strong effort.
