More expensive, the 2020 Ribera Del Duero Mirum is also all very old vine Tempranillo (100-year-old bush vines). This medium to full-bodied, nicely concentrated, structured red has both red and blue fruits, some spicy, peppery nuances, good mid-palate depth, and outstanding length. It's seriously tannic though, so don't think about touching bottles for at least 2-4 years.

Bright crimson. Richer than regular Valdaya and yet still with some drying tannin on the end. Just a bit too much for me. (JR)
