The 2018 Morey-Saint-Denis En La Rue Vergy has a fresh and well defined bouquet with perfumed red berry fruit laced with crushed stone. The palate is beautifully balanced with supple tannins and a very suave and vivacious finish. Excellent.

The 2018 Morey Saint-Denis En la Rue Vergy has a well-defined, slightly earthy bouquet, the whole-bunch fruit imparting distinct peppery notes, but it becomes leafier with aeration. The harmonious palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a fine bead of acidity and seamlessly integrated oak toward the finish. This should evolve into an exquisite En la Rue Vergy.
