Aromas of sweet berries and spices introduce the 2020 Bourgogne Cuvée de Noble Souche, a medium to full-bodied, lively and precise wine that concludes with a chalky finish. It's produced from holdings on the plateau to the south of Dijon.

The 2020 Bourgogne Rouge, which is 50% whole bunch and 10% new oak. The bouquet is sorbet fresh with dark cherries and cassis. There is a lovely crunchy texture on the palate, fine acidity, brisk and quite penetrating for a regional red on the finish. A fine introduction to the wines of Mortet.
