The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is all Bosché clone Cabernet Sauvignon from a vineyard planted in 2001. It offers darker, richer aromas and flavors of cassis, graphite, and scorched earth, along with red, blue, and black fruits and a hint of exotic orange blossom. Full-bodied and burly on the palate, this mineral-driven, structured, serious wine needs a decant if drinking any time soon and will evolve gracefully over the coming two decades.
