The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville reveals more licorice, spice, box, cedar, black cherries, and black currants in its complex, moderately intense aromatics. Full-bodied with outstanding concentration and moderate tannin, it displays the potential to improve for a decade, and last for 15-20 years thereafter. (RP)

Good full ruby. Cool, complex aromas of black fruits, bitter chocolate, violet, licorice and espresso. Sweet and lush but also quite vibrant, with captivating flavors of cassis, minerals and mint. Finishes with big, horizontal tannins and excellent persistence. More suave and harmonious today than the young 2002. (ST)

A blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Malbec and Petit Verdot, its deep ruby/purple color is followed by a classic bouquet of creme de cassis, tobacco leaf, sweet chocolate, and Asian spices.
