Long-Depaquit’s plot of Montmains is in the Forêts climat, right next to Dauvissat’s plot. The wine shows thrilling, pinpoint acidity and taut minerality – fleshed out with clean, crisp green apple, vibrant lemon and lime citrus and more delicate white florals. Fresh and bright, with transparency and a decent finish.

Domaine Long-Depaquit is one of the largest in Chablis, with 62 hectares under vine. It is owned by the Beaune-based négociant Albert Bichot who has managed the property since 1967
