Lighter in alcohol than its L-Block sibling, the 2018 S-Block Shiraz is perfumed, with aromas of lavender, graphite, coal dust and cracked peppercorns. In the mouth, the wine continues with the black and purple theme, with medicinal herbs, caper brine, red apples and cocoa. An engaging wine, quite distinct.
