The 2021 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc continues to impress, with the fresher, focused, elegant style of the vintage to go with beautiful white flowers, citrus, crushed stone, and spicy aromas and flavors. It's medium-bodied, beautifully balanced, and elegant on the palate, with a great finish. It tastes exactly as it did a year ago, with no evolution, so this beauty is going to evolve for at least another 7-8 years, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it evolve longer.
