Clean and expressive in the glass, the 2020 Reserve White opens to a fresh and mineral nose with citrus aromas before hints of oak spice and dusty flowers waft from the nose. Medium to full-bodied, the wine has fantastic texture before revealing a long, elegant finish with soft, creamy flavors of citrus skin and oak spice. It has yet to shed its baby fat, but it's already punching above its weight class.

The 2020 Biodynamic Reserve White is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from selected parcels, all whole bunch pressed, naturally settled with around 85% new oak (300-litre) barrels for around 10 months. It has an intense bouquet with Granny Smiths, Nashi pear and a touch of limestone, the oak discretely embroidered. The palate is well balanced with a little more weight than the regular Sauvignon Blanc, a fine line of acidity and nerve towards the finish. Give this a couple of years in bottle. Superb.
