The 2015 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Bousselots opens in the glass to reveal aromas of cherries and red fruit compote mingled with dark chocolate, spices and woodsmoke. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and muscular, with ripe acids but a more structured, introverted profile than its communal junior sibling.
