2020 Nautical Dawn Chenin Blanc

The 2020 Nautical Dawn, from granite soils and vines planted in 1978 that undergoes a two month ferment, is aged in two _foudres_ for 12 months. Fragrant on the nose, this offers beguiling yellow plum, honeysuckle and peach skin scents. Very pure. The palate is well balanced with an assertive, spicy entry, wonderful depth and vibrancy with a layered pithy finish that lingers. Brilliant.
