The 2019 Côte de Nuits-Villages Vignois is showing beautifully in bottle, wafting from the glass with aromas of cassis, plums and berries mingled with warm spices and loamy soil. Medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, with vibrant acids and powdery tannins, it concludes with a long, saline finish.

The 2019 Côtes de Nuits Village comes from a single plot of vines. One the nose, dark berry fruit mingles with light tea leaf aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with a pleasant sapid opening, good acidity, fine weight and a bit of bite on the sour cherry finish. Delicious.
