Note di degustazione
The 2020 Bourgogne Pinot Noir has a well-defined bouquet with dark berry fruit, just a hint of cola emerging with time. The palate is medium-bodied with gentle grip, quite firm tannins with black pepper and a touch of orange rind on the finish that has just the right amount of bitterness. Drink after a year or two.

The Bourgogne, Champ Franc vineyard, was last picked at 14%, and all destemmed. Deep crimson. Powerful stuff with super ripe cherry and raspberry character, not cooked but very ripe. Cherry kernels with some alcoholic power, but a fresh crunch to finish. No doubting the volume. Tasted: December 2021
A ripe but quite fresh nose combines notes of essence of red and dark pinot fruit with those of earth and soft spice wisps. The delicious and nicely voluminous middle weight flavors conclude in a reasonably persistent if mildly rustic finish. To enjoy young. (86-88)/2023+
