Citrus oils, honeycomb and white flowers on the nose. The palate is exuberant with delicious ripe acidity and mouth-coating/honeyed texture. Flavours of salted caramel, orange zest, and toasted hazelnut. Long lemon-lime finish. Stunning! (Dec 2015), F+R

Aromas of pineapple, baked bread and lees, plus a suggestion of iodiney minerality. Then riper, sweeter and less salty in the mouth than the Frionnes but with penetrating acidity giving the midpalate almost painful cut in the early going. The pure, bracing, building finish shows terrific cut. This will be longlived for Saint Aubin.
Smoky nose. Very juicy. Lots of excitement. Racy and fruity. Super appetising. Bravo! VGV (JR)
