The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Village sported just a small reduction on the nose, although there is plenty of fruit packed in here. The palate is well balanced, the 20% new oak nicely integrated, cohesive with quite a concentrated yet nicely controlled, sensual finish. This is a finely crafted Village Cru.
