The Serpentières has a lovely, roasted berry fruit aroma and a rich deep colour, showing the natural concentration of this wine. The tannins are very fine for Savigny with a rich mid-palate and moderate structural framework. The wine finishes with a lovely salinity that adds ample freshness to this beautifully ripe Pinot.
