2020 Miani Chardonnay Zitelle

The 2020 Chardonnay Zitelle is pretty and delicate in the glass with nuances of peach, chamomile and smoke. It’s soft and round in texture with ripe orchard fruit and melon tones. There’s a pleasant inner sweetness that comes forward toward the close. This lingers long, tapering off lightly structured with an air of green botanicals, as the mouth is left watering for more. This is an incredibly fresh and lifted expression of Zitelle with mid-term cellaring potential. (EG)
