55 years old and very frosted. Newish and slightly too big a plot to treat more than 20% en pelicelle ; 30% destemmed, 50% whole bunch. Tank sample. Minerally nose. Rich and lively. Charming and very fruity. There’s a bit of tannin, long flavour. PYCM reds are definitely on the up. (JR)
