This too is ripe and spicy with notably ripe yet fresh aromas of baked apple. The relatively sleek flavors possess good energy and detail with a subtle minerality that comes up on the clean and dry finish. This is also quite good for its level. (Heart - Outstanding top value)

Cropped at a mere 16 hectoliters per hectare after bearing the brunt of the spring frosts, it has retained a more typical profile than the corresponding Aligoté.
