Note di degustazione
Ripe and concentrated, but with wonderful gracefulness, thanks to the integration of fine tannins and animating acidity, this beauty has a long, very polished finish. With aeration the subtle red-fruit aromas expand and expand. Drink or hold.

Wafting from the glass with scents of sweet berries, citrus rind, warm spices, potpourri and dark chocolate, the 2019 Marsannay Au Champ Salomon is medium to full-bodied, layered and precise, with a beautiful core of fruit and real energy and cut. Along with Favières, Champ Salomon produces the domaine's most age-worthy wine, and this is a beautiful rendition in the making that will reward extended cellaring—as a 1978 Bourgogne Marsannay, produced from this site and still in its absolute prime, recently demonstrated.
