2012 Bereche et Fils Le Cran 1er Cru

The 2012 Premier Cru Le Cran was one of the highlights of this tasting, unwinding in the glass with aromas of ripe citrus oil, fresh peach, crisp green orchard fruit and nougat. Full-bodied, layered and enveloping, it's powerful and concentrated, its racy spine of acidity cloaked in a deep core of fruit, concluding with a saline finish.
