Vinified with 50% whole cluster, Fourrier's 2018 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Aux Echanges bursts from the glass with scents of rose petals, cherries and cinnamon. Medium to full-bodied, it's aromatically open and expressive but on the palate a little firm and compact.
