A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 1% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc, the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Soul Fire Rock Block is deep garnet-purple colored and offers up notions of cassis, black cherries, mulberries and cedar chest with hints of pencil lead and bay leaves. Full-bodied and firmly textured with grainy tannins, it has just enough freshness lifting the generous fruit to a long earth-laced finish.
