The 2018 Givry 1er Cru Les Bois Chevaux is the raciest of Joblot's reds this year, perhaps due to its windy mesoclimate and limestone-rich soils. Offering up notes of spicy red cherries and candied peel, it's medium to full-bodied, fine-boned and precise in the context of this gourmand vintage.
