Note di degustazione
The 2017 Chambolle-Musigny Village, which contains around 75% whole bunches, has a fresh, red cherry and strawberry bouquet, nicely delineated and focused. The palate is medium-bodied with gentle grip on the entry. Quite compact at the moment, but it will mellow during the remainder of its élevage . A touch of orange pith develops toward the finish. Fine.

Aromas of red berries, peony and spices introduce the 2017 Chambolle-Musigny Village, a pretty middle-weight that's medium-bodied, juicy and succulent, framed by light structuring tannins.
Average 85% whole bunch. From the ‘more structured’ Morey end of Chambolle. Barrel sample. Fresh and lightly stemmy on the nose. A stony freshness and raspberry fruit. Almost a chalky texture, and opens up to a lovely light floral sweet-fruited scent. Very fine tannins but a sufficiently taut framework. (JH)
