2009 Parador Cabernet Sauvignon

Saturated ruby. Sexy, oak-spiced dark berries and cherry on the perfumed nose. Offers cherry-vanilla, mocha and sweet chewing tobacco flavors and suggestions of licorice and black pepper that add a spicy kick. Soft tannins build slowly through a finish that prolongs the warm cherry and mocha notes. Quite suave right now but I'd let this one rest for at least another five years or so.
