Note di degustazione
Simple, easy apple fruit on the nose that has an intriguing caramelised quality on the nose which is almost botrytic, seemingly. Dry and savoury on the palate, and plenty of persistence. Really lovely mixed-peel notes. Unexpectedly complex, especially at the price – and certainly GV . (RH)

The 2017 Bourgogne Rouge comes from two parcels, the fruit 100% de-stemmed. The nose is a little difficult to make out at the moment, an odd banana skin note tincturing the red fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannin, a little hard for a Bourgogne Rouge. It needs more flesh on the finish.
