Note di degustazione
Bright, dark red. Very pure aromas and flavors of fresh black fruits, minerals, violet and spices; conveys clear terroir character for the year. Densely packed and juicy if a bit youthfully imploded. This concentrated, seriously tannic wine finishes chewy and long, with a very firm impression of structure and surprising energy.

The 2015 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Baudes has a clean and pure bouquet with black cherry and boysenberry aromas, plenty of wet limestone scents and pressed violets. It is only with aeration that it presents a Chambolle persona. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy black fruit, crisp acidity and a pointed, quite floral finish that leaves the mouth tingling.
Racy and jewelly. Open and round and exciting. Dry finish. (JR)
(from a 42-year-old parcel; these vines are routinely picked at the beginning of the harvest): Bright medium ruby-red. Very ripe aromas of black cherry and dark chocolate. In a distinctly sweet, pliant style but with very good framing acidity to the kirsch and blackberry flavors. Really saturates the palate with material. Finishes long and tactile, with a lingering note of chocolate and somewhat dusty tannins that are accentuated today by the wine's high level of CO2.
