Note di degustazione
The 2018 Dame de Boüard from Coralie de Boüard offers attractive wild strawberry, raspberry and light cranberry scents that unfurl from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied and quite high-toned, with ripe tannins and veins of blueberry toward the finish, which feels a little pinched at the moment. But it should mellow with 2–3 years in bottle.

The 2018 La Dame De Boüard is the entry level-wine from Coralie de Boüard. A charming, elegant wine, it offers perfumed red and black fruits, leafy herbs, and foresty/floral notes as well as medium-bodied richness and depth. I love its balance, it has light tannins, and it's just a delicious drink that's going to keep for 4-5 years.
The 2018 Dame de Boüard is racy, supple and so inviting. Crushed flowers, red berry fruit, cedar and blood orange fill out the layers effortlessly. Soft and silky, the Dame has much to offer. I would prefer to drink it over the next handful of years.
Coralie de Boüard's wine. 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Barrel sample. Darkest crimson. Intense, bright blackcurrant fruit. A bit dry and oaky on the palate. Chalky and slightly flat on the finish. (JH)
