Broad and relaxed on the nose. Not as tense as the St Aubin and Santenay from this producer and vintage. Almost rich! But with quite a chew on the end. (JR)

Established in 2011, Le Grappin is a micro-négociant based in Beaune run by Emma and Andrew Nielsen. Following an epiphany drinking a bottle of Domaine Dujac Clos de la Roche in 2006, Australia- born Nielsen gave up a highly successful career working in advertising to become a winemaker in Burgundy.
