Juicy, seamless and precise on the palate, offering mineral-laced raspberry and cherry preserve, boysenberry, rose pastille and spicecake flavors that deepen and spread out through the back half. The oak is strongly toasty and spicy on the nose of this youthful pinot, ahead of ripe red-cherry, plum and boysenberry aromas. The palate concentration is exceptional with rich, ripe black cherries and blueberries delivered on a plush, supple and ribbon-like array of long, noble tannins. Exceptional quality here. Drink or hold.
