The 2016 Bedrock Heritage Wine is powerful, dense and explosive. Swaths of dark, deep fruit flesh out as this ample wine shows off its beguiling personality. A blend of 50% Zinfandel, 18% Carignan and 4% Mataro with more than 20 other interplanted mixed black varieties, the medium to deep garnet colored 2016 Bedrock Heritage Wine has a fragrant nose of violets, potpourri, baking spices, chocolate box, prunes, raisin cake and blackberry preserves.
