Less than 1% of this vineyard is white – on the mid slope next to Bouchard Père et Fils' Vigne de L’Enfant Jésus plot. Really rich and chiselled. Minerally finish. Sappy and appetising. Though still a hint of honey on the nose that characterises all these whites. Chalky finish. Lots to chew on. GV (JR)
