The Bouscaut 2017 Blanc opens with a waft of SO2 over aromas of waxed lemons, warm apples and allspice with beeswax and crushed rocks. The medium-bodied palate is mouthfilling with a lovely texture and refreshing finish.
The 2017 Bouscaut Blanc has an attractive bouquet with scents of wild honey, acacia and light waxy aromas, developing a hint of peach skin with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a touch of sour lemon on the entry, a fine bead of acidity and a malic, slightly peppery finish. Fine. Drink over the next 6 to 7 years.
