The 2015 Côte de Nuits Villages offers smudged red berry fruit on the nose. It just needs a little more focus and delineation. The palate is easy-drinking with soft tannins, a little meaty in style and just missing some precision on the finish. Drink over the next couple of years. - Neal Martin
