Note di degustazione
Expressive, open, slight notes of dried blueberry. Delicate palate, but with plenty of backbone, this is a fine village Chambolle. (AH)

Bright dark red. Inviting aromas of black raspberry, cranberry, licorice and blood orange, along with a whiff of coffee reduction. Silky, suave and fine-grained, with tangy red and darker berry flavors still showing a reductive aspect. Nicely precise yet pliant village wine with an inviting sweetness and a fine dusting of tannins. This cuvée includes some fruit from the village part of Beaux-Bruns.
The 2013 Chambolle-Musigny was showing a touch of reduction on the nose when I tasted it. The palate is medium-bodied with firm, solid tannins and moderate acidity, though I would actually be inclined to go for the Côte de Nuits Village or Bourgogne Rouge. This was relatively difficult to read so let's see how it performs in bottle.
