2012 Serenade Passito

The 2012 Alto Adige Moscato Giallo Passito Serenade (375 ml) is a perfumed and fragrant dessert wine that is redolent of yellow rose, soapy flower, Indian jasmine and lavender honey. The floral tones are extremely defined and intense. The wine offers a soft and creamy mouthfeel with just enough acidity to energize the finish. Moscato Giallo grapes are harvested late and are then air-dried for five months to increase the sugar content. The wine is aged in tonneaux for two years.
