The 2015 Syrah Bouquet Garni is deep, powerful and quite structured, all of which bode very well for the future. An infusion of black cherry, plum, lavender, spice, new oak and leather give the 2015 considerable complexity. Still very primary, the 2015 is going to need time to shed some of its baby fat and develop the full breadth of its aromatics. There is certainly plenty to look forward to.

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2015 Syrah Bouquet Garni has pronounced tar, cassis and violets with hints of cloves, black pepper and chargrill. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has a firm backbone of chewy tannins and tons of spiciness, finishing with great persistence. 125 cases were made.
