Note di degustazione
The 2015 Châteauneuf Du Pape Blanc showed beautifully, and while the reds from this château get all the attention, their whites are absolutely magical as well. Buttery citrus, orange blossom, brioche, and floral notes all define the aromatics, and it's full-bodied, with a layered, seamless texture, good concentration, and a great finish. As with truly great wines, this has an incredible mix of richness and freshness. I love bottles today, and it should continue to evolve gracefully going forward.

(raised in 50 percent stainless steel tanks and 50 percent in barriques ) Light yellow. Mineral-accented orange, melon and poached pear on the highly perfumed nose, backed by a hint of smokiness. Offers juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors, along with hints of bitter quinine and honey that build slowly with air. Shows impressive depth as well as energy on the finish, which hangs on with strong, minerally persistence.
The 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc offers classic, gorgeous notes of buttered citrus, honeycomb, stone fruits and hints of pineapple. It’s a fresh, medium to full-bodied, elegant white that will put on a touch of weight by the time it’s bottled; it will have to ability to drink well for 3-4 years and keep for decades.
