NV La Bota de Oloroso Muy Viejisimo No 63

The wild and crazy NV La Bota de Oloroso Bota NO 98 is an extremely old Oloroso from Chiclana, more a very old wine than an Oloroso, with some funk and reductive, with notes of gunpowder and matchstick, very different. It's concentrated and powerful with off-the-chart figures and an extreme personality. The wine is persistent to the point of remaining on your palate for minutes, as it has the clout of a liqueur; no wonder, the alcohol is quite high here and makes it a bit spirity. A crazy, wild Oloroso that is still not painful. This was bottled during the pandemic, so they did a short run. They produced 600 half bottles.
