The 2015 Château de Cérons has a straightforward white peach and citrus-scented bouquet. The palate has a twist of sour lemon on the entry, well-judged acidity and a slightly "worked" finish with mango and guava notes coming through with aeration. It will need a couple of years in bottle, but there is good potential here.
