The 2015 Chapelle de Potensac is pretty, fruity and delicious. Sweet red berry fruit and floral notes are nicely pushed forward in a delicate, gracious Merlot-based wine. This is a highly appealing second wine from Potensac.

71% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot. 10% new oak. Sweet easy nose. Just a little raw on the palate but better than many AOC Médocs. Lots of saignée to concentrate the must. (JR)
The 2015 Chapelle de Potensac is a lovely second wine from Potensac, the Delon family's Haut-Médoc estate. Pliant and succulent, the 2015 is best enjoyed upon release, while the red stone fruit flavors retain their juiciness.
The 2015 Chapelle de Potensac is a blend of 71% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, matured in 10% new oak. It has a perfumed bouquet with blackberry, raspberry coulis and cold stone scents, powered by that ripe Merlot. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly edgy, grainy tannin, a keen line of acidity and an attractive, cedar-infused finish. Enjoy this deuxième vin over the next 6-8 years.
